Plain numbers, stated once.

You set your own rates — Arcling never sets your price or mandates a package. Here's what comes to you.

80%

Of every fee you charge, paid to you. Arcling's 20% covers billing, scheduling, intake, matching, and support — no subscriptions, no lead fees, no add-ons.

Most agencies take 40–50%. Here you keep 80% of what you bill, and the people doing the counseling keep what they earn.

What you stop doing

  • Writing invoices and chasing late payments
  • Playing email tag to book a single session
  • Re-typing intake forms into your own notes
  • Cold outreach to find the next family
  • Explaining your rates and your refund policy
  • Wondering where next fall's students come from

What you get instead

  • Families matched to your goals, working style, and price
  • Billing, scheduling, intake, and client comms handled end to end
  • An AI assistant for session prep and staying organized
  • A published professional standard every counselor here signs
  • Your practice, your name, your students — not an agency's

Walk into every session already prepared.

Arc texts your students between sessions. Before you meet, your assistant turns all of it into a one-page brief: what moved, what stalled, what Arc noticed, and a draft agenda. You spend the hour counseling, not catching up.

Parents get a plain-English digest every Friday, so you stop fielding "how's it going?" emails.

Draft agenda

Since last session

Essay draft 2 submitted Tuesday, 612 words. Stronger opening, ending still summarizes.
UMass "why here" supplement assigned, outline due Sunday. Not started yet.
Rec request to Mr. Chen not yet sent. Second reminder went out Wednesday.

Arc flagged: Jordan mentioned "freaking out" about the SAT retake twice this week. Worth five minutes before the agenda.

Suggested agenda

  1. Name the SAT worry. Decide retake yes or no by Friday.
  2. Draft 2: push on the ending. Ask what Mrs. Alvarez said after.
  3. UMass "why here": plant the bike co-op angle. Outline due Sunday.
  4. Rec ask: script the conversation with Mr. Chen.

Parents

Maria asked about Early Action aid timing. Suggested reply drafted. One tap to send after session.

Lead a Circle

A Circle is a small group of families sharing one counselor: group sessions, plus one-on-one time with each student. You reach more families in the same hours, and each family pays a fraction of a private rate. If that sounds like how you'd like to work, say so in your application.

A network worth being vetted for

We verify credentials before anyone joins, and every counselor works to a published standard aligned with NACAC's Statement of Principles of Good Practice. That's not red tape — it's the reason a family trusts the counselor we match them with. Read the promise we make to families and the full Counselor Guidelines.
